隨地吐痰遭打反擊 雙方互告傷害

陳姓老翁（72歲）前天下午在劍潭捷運站等公車，準備到新光醫院看病，他咳嗽完隨地吐痰，惹惱一旁梁姓男子；老翁見梁拿棍棒作勢毆打，舉起拐杖反擊，遭對方敲擊頭部昏倒在地。附近等車的學生看見，趕緊報警、打119叫救護車。兩人到案時怒氣難消，差點又在警察局裡起爭執，警方最後依傷害罪嫌將2人移送士林地檢署偵辦。
