東隆宮請王湧進上萬信徒

屏東縣東港鎮東隆宮三年一度的地方民俗盛事迎王平安祭典，今天中午在東港鎮海公園循古禮「請王」，揭開為期1周的迎王平安祭典序幕；東港鎮今天湧進上萬信徒和遊客，將會場擠得水泄不通。

迎王平安祭典是東港鎮東隆宮傳承古儀的傳統祭典，今天中午由海邊神轎下水「請王」，迎接溫府千歲，來自全國各地的200多個陣頭群聚鎮海公園沙灘，陣頭隊伍綿延數百公尺，公園、沙灘上滿是人潮。

「請王」儀式結束後，明天起將有神明遶境全鎮，21日凌晨到鎮海公園送王、燒王船，屆時勢必將會掀起另一波高潮。
