總統府開首例，為將卸任的行政院長陳?舉行感謝與期許茶會，馬總統致詞最後也肯定內定行政院長江宜樺從政以來的表現，做事有方法，且能考慮各層面，一定能承繼陳?成果，向上邁進，對江宜樺充滿期待。

他也肯定江宜樺用人強調領導能力、通才，是正確方向，政務官除了本身專業之外，也須考慮專業之外必要的品格，非常重要。
