基隆海洋廣場二期工程，8日開放

基隆市海洋廣場2期工程已完工，將在本月8日開放，市長張通榮4日下午在市府都市發展處處長王翔鐘等人陪同，實地了解工程情形，他說，二期工程可以飽覽港區景色，歡迎民眾在年假到基隆港邊走春、看郵輪，欣賞港景。張通榮並說，將請文化局規畫街頭藝人到海洋廣場二期工程地點演出。
